Service Announcement – Dropbox Support

Customers who are using any of our products to scan Dropbox may have received an email warning them that the software will cease to function as of June 28, 2017.

The reason for this was that our software used v1 of the Dropbox API, which is to be disabled on that date.

Enterprise Recon v2.0.21 resolves this issue.

Updates to Card Recon and Data Recon will be available shortly.
